SAN FRANCISCO, CA - With technology becoming a vital tool in the growth of the industry, Afresh Technologies is strengthening its capabilities when it comes to analytical insights by appointing a new leader. The AI-driven technology company announced the addition of Bosky Dalal to Afresh’s technical leadership team where she will serve as Director of Data Engineering.

In her new position, Dalal will head Afresh’s data engineering functions. This includes continuing to build the team of data engineers and analysts as the company scales to meet rising market demand, according to a press release.

Dalal brings with her over 12 years of professional data management expertise, which she will wield to establish the best practices and processes for data integration and automation at Afresh. Prior to joining the company, she served as Director of Data Engineering at Mastercard, following the company’s acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies, where she held the role of Vice President, managing more than 30 accounts including enterprise level clients with large data sets, and across multiple industries, including grocery.

She hold a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and will join a growing leadership team at Afresh. The company has doubled to over 50 employees in the last year, and plans to double again by the end of this year.
