Arable Capital Partners Adds Matt Reus as Vice President
BELLEVUE, WA - Investment company Arable Capital Partners is bringing a new team member into the fold, announcing recently that Matt Reus will be stepping in as Vice President. In this role, Reus will be responsible for transactional work and due diligence on financial analysis, portfolio management, acquisitions, and assisting in overall investment strategy.
“I am excited to join the Arable team whose partnership approach to investing with long term focus matches the needs of the food and agribusiness industry,” Reus commented.
Reus brings 12 years of direct investment, investment banking, and fixed income experience to his new role, and over the course of his career, he has executed more than $5 billion of mergers, acquisitions, debt, securitization, and equity capital raise transactions.
“Matt’s background in investments and transaction work, specifically in the food and agribusiness sector, allows for a seamless transition into the Arable team where he can immediately add value,” said Greg Richards, Managing Director, Bellevue Office, in a press release.
As a founding member of Pacific Northwest-based investment bank Cascadia Capital’s food and agribusiness team, he executed mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and direct investment transactions in the food and agribusiness, energy, and real estate sectors. Before Cascadia, Reus was an investment banker at Western Reserve Partners, where he executed mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions in a variety of sectors, with Wachovia Securities.
“With the addition of Matt to our team, Arable continues to grow both its Agriculture and Investment expertise,” said Derek Yurosek, Managing Director, Bakersfield, California Office.
Congratulations to Matt and the Arable team!
