Fresh Produce Association of the Americas Announces Sold-Out Expo Booths and Desert Golf Classic; Lance Jungmeyer Comments
TUCSON, AZ - The Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA) has announced that its expo and golf tournament have been sold out. Though this level of attendance is expected, this expo will offer attendees unique networking opportunities with a nearly one-on-one ratio of exhibitors to buyers. Attendees walking the show floor will also be able to connect with sellers and buyers as well.
“We cannot wait to welcome everyone to this premier Southwest experience. We are building something special here and are beyond excited to share it,” said Lance Jungmeyer, President.
While golf and booth spaces are sold out, Southwest International Produce Expo (SWIPE) attendee passes are still available, giving people access to education sessions, networking events, the expo, and the full SWIPE experience, a press release noted.
SWIPE 2024 kicks off on November 7 with a sold-out, 55th Annual Desert Golf Classic at the stunning Starr Pass Golf Club. For the non-golfers, relaxing pool-side at the FPAA-hosted luxury cabanas at the Starr Pass is a great way to spend the afternoon among friends and colleagues.
Attendees will have the chance to engage with a diverse lineup of industry experts and buyers from leading companies like H-E-B, Piggly Wiggly, Walmart, Sysco, Markon, Giant, Sobey’s, Jewel Osco, Grocery Outlet, and more.
On November 8, SWIPE will feature a “Speaker’s Corner” on the expo floor, including sessions on sustainable supply chains, insights into the Tomato Suspension Agreement, and the latest innovations in supply chain technology for produce.
