WILLIAMSVILLE, NY - Tops Friendly Markets recently announced the promotion of a new Director in its ranks. Kelly Quigley will be stepping into the role of Director of Distribution.

Before this promotion, Quigley held the title of Director of Warehouse Operations, a role she has had since 2021. According to a press release, her new role of Director of Distribution will include the responsibilities of overseeing warehouse operations in grocery, frozen, and perishable, as well as transportation functions.

She will also be responsible for a variety of other tasks, such as developing and implementing initiatives to enhance associate morale, team performance in the execution of optimum store service, and delivery of results in key financial metrics. These include staffing, selection/receiving accuracy, and throughput.

She will also work to improve the supply chain and efficiency of the stores.

Quigley is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Math.
