“Our season kicks off in January, with limited shipping beginning January 4 out of California’s Central Valley,” Ron told me. “Along with Sumo Citrus, our Suntreat brand also produces other citrus commodities such as California Navels, Cara Caras, Mandarins, and Lee Novas.”

Ron explained that Sumo Citrus is notoriously difficult to grow, but the company’s farmers are dedicated to creating a premium supply. They always make sure that AC Brands is producing the highest eating quality fruit that its customers have grown to love through the years.

“We have seen an increase in citrus demand throughout the past year. We are looking forward to continuing to provide our high-quality citrus throughout the 2021 season—kicking off the year with the 10^th season of Sumo Citrus being in store,” Ron concluded.
