Continental Fresh’s Robert Cabili Honored With GenNext Award for Transformative Leadership; Albert Perez Comments
MIAMI, FL - We are always excited to see industry changemakers honored for their achievements. One of the leaders who was recently recognized with an award is Robert Cabili, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Continental Fresh. He was highlighted as one of the industry’s most innovative and impactful young leaders.
What truly sets Cabili apart, according to a press release, is his commitment to social responsibility. Through Continental Fresh’s Water For All program, Cabili has helped raise over $150,000 to fund clean water and sanitation projects in Latin America, directly impacting underserved communities.
“Water For All goes beyond business—it’s a mission to improve lives and uplift communities,” Cabili explains. “Knowing our work brings clean water and opportunity to people who need it most is incredibly rewarding.”
Under Cabili’s leadership, Continental Fresh has also expanded its influence as a top importer of fresh produce from Latin America, particularly within the mango category. As the architect behind significant growth strategies, Cabili’s initiatives have propelled the company’s year-over-year sales by 156 percent and positioned Continental Fresh as the 9th largest importer of mangos from Mexico, the press release stated.
His keen insights and dedication to sustainable supply chains have driven both business success and customer trust.
“Robert’s leadership has been essential to our success and our mission,” says Albert Perez, Chief Executive Officer of Continental Fresh. “His visionary approach and compassionate drive reflect the values we uphold at Continental Fresh, and this award celebrates not only his accomplishments but the profound impact he has made.”
In addition to Cabili’s GenNext Award, Continental Fresh also received the Grocery Impact Award for Philanthropic Innovation/Corporate Giving from Progressive Grocer.
