“Baby Sweet Potatoes are the perfect side, they’re as versatile as they are nutritious,” Bob Haarhues, Director of Sales and Marketing, told me. “These enjoyable little sweet potatoes come in 24-ounce bags and weigh about two to four ounces each and are three to four inches long, while a typical medium-sized sweet potato may weigh between six and eight ounces and can be up to eight inches in length.”
