D'Arrigo California Partners With Recipe Developer Caroline Chambers to Launch Zoom Cooking Classes With Andy Boy® Produce
SALINAS, CA - Life is a constant cycle of deciding what you want to eat. At least, that’s how I see it. With shoppers spending more time in their kitchens, many have exhausted their own family recipes and are looking for more creative ways to incorporate quality fresh produce. This is why D’Arrigo California has launched a new cooking class to bring cookbook author Caroline Chambers’ delicious recipes featuring Andy Boy® produce into the homes of consumers.
“We could not be happier to share this partnership with Caroline; the authenticity and simplicity she brings to the kitchen allows participants to truly become the ‘chefs’ of their own kitchens,” states Morgan Tinari, D’Arrigo California Marketing/Digital and Social Media. “We have been following Caroline socially over the past year, and when we saw what she was doing virtually with these live cooking classes, we knew she would be the perfect partner to help increase our brand awareness through different cooking techniques and new recipes using our Andy Boy produce.”
The fun and interactive class will offer simple, professional guidance that will help any consumer, whether they are an expert in the kitchen or simply learning the basics. The first cooking class, ‘Summer Spring Rolls + Knife Skills’ will take place Thursday, May 20, at 4 p.m. PST, and will feature Andy Boy fennel and romaine hearts. While teaching shoppers how to use Andy Boy’s various offerings, Chambers will also divulge useful prepping tips and other ways to avoid common mistakes in the kitchen.
“One of my passions is sharing how cooking can be fun instead of stressful for busy families, and I am thrilled to enter this partnership with D'Arrigo California to share simple and approachable ways to cook with fresh Andy Boy produce like broccoli rabe, fennel, and romaine hearts,” states Caroline.
During the upcoming Summer Spring Rolls + Knife Skills class, Chambers will teach attendees a stress-free way to make delicious veggie summer rolls with two tantalizing dipping sauces, paired with a refreshing basil gimlet cocktail.
Registration is $10 and can be completed here. Once registered for the class, attendees will receive a grocery list with all of the necessary ingredients to execute the unique recipes.
Encourage your shoppers to take a break from the same-old recipes and try something new with D’Arrigo California’s Andy Boy produce.
