Kroger Unveils New Romulus, Michigan, Customer Fulfillment Center and Expands Delivery to Greater Detroit; Bill Bennett and Luke Jensen Comment

ROMULUS, MI - A new Customer Fulfillment Center (CFC) recently opened in Romulus, Michigan, as Kroger further bolsters its distribution network. Powered by the Ocado Group, the CFC will leverage advanced robotics technology and creative solutions to redefine the customer experience for customers in the greater Detroit area.

Standing at approximately 135,000 square feet, the facility is situated on Wahrman Road in Romulus and reaches customers in 90 minutes or less from the site.

The new CFC will also be powered by Ocado Group, which has achieved a significant step-up in geographical penetration and in customer satisfaction. Kroger is bringing these benefits to the Greater Detroit Area with the Romulus CFC, and to more U.S. markets.
