Renaissance Food Group Adds Daniel Klausner to Team and Appoints Raina Nelson to New Role
RANCHO CORDOVA, CA - As part of its efforts to continue to drive continued success and meet growth goals, Renaissance Food Group (RFG) is appointing Daniel Klausner to the Director of Produce Sales, East position and Raina Nelson to the newly-created role of SVP Supply Chain.
Klausner has over 25 years of produce industry sales experience under his belt, which he will utilize in his new role to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new business for RFG. In addition, Klausner brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to understanding the complexities of logistics and production operations and capturing long-term opportunities with customers, according to a press release. Klausner holds a B.S./B.A. in Finance from the University of Florida.

RFG also announced Raina Nelson has accepted the SVP Supply Chain position. In her new role, she will wield her B.S. in Food Science and M.S. in Food Science and Technology (both from the University of Florida) to streamline RFG’s operations.
“With Raina’s industry knowledge and previous experience in implementing a comprehensive supply chain program, we are excited to have her in this new role,” said President Jim Gibson. “Raina’s proven leadership skills make her the perfect candidate to oversee our Food Safety & Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Procurement departments here at RFG.”
