SOLEDAD, CA - Braga Fresh is doubling the excitement this year at its Organic Produce Summit (OPS) exhibition. Not only is the grower a sponsor of the event, but it will be debuting five new Josie’s Organics SKUs in booth #607.

“This year our intention for the Organic Product Summit is to showcase our organic farming with field tours and product innovation with two category product launches,” said Kori Tuggle, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development.

On July 12, the company will be hosting a field tour at the Braga Home ranch, where attendees will learn about its regenerative agriculture trials and soil health. Attendees of the tour will also see a tillage demonstration and learn about the latest in ag technology with a robotic broccoli harvest demo powered by artificial intelligence.

Then, on July 13 at OPS, Braga will introduce five SKUs, including two chopped salad kits: Avocado Goddess Chop Salad Kit and Aloha BBQ Chop Salad Kit. It will also showcase three organic Farmer’s Market Favorites salad blends: Organic Heirloom Crisp, Organic Bistro Duo, and Organic Sweet Red Butter.

The new Aloha BBQ chopped salad kit has the familiar flavors of a Hawaiian barbecue with tangy sweet pineapple bits and vegan coconut bacon. The Avocado Goddess chopped salad kit contains fresh herb notes with a creamy avocado dressing, crunchy flatbread strips, and a zingy goddess seasoning packet. Both chopped salad kits are vegan, certified organic, and contain clean salad dressing and component ingredients, a press release stated.

“The Farmer’s Market Favorites is a line extension for Josie’s Organics salad blends,” Tuggle said. “These three new SKUs offer unique leafy greens varietals, for organic shoppers seeking something different with flavor, loft, and texture for at-home salad making.”
