MCALLEN, TX - Looking to continue to supply its customers with sustainable options for increased efficiency in the industry, Fox Solutions has announced the release of its newest technology; the full, stainless steel construction Pouch Bagger. 

“We saw how our customers were currently having to pack pouch bags, and it was not sustainable,” stated Aaron Fox, President of Fox Solutions. “Our goal was to build something that would save them time and money.” 

The Pouch Bagger offers more precise bag filling as it is servo-driven, and also utilizes a rotary bag changer, rather than linear bag changers. According to a recent press release, this allows the machine to work multiple bags at once, directly leading to increased productivity. 

Additional specifications of the durable machine created by the packing house equipment supplier, include the following: 

• Maintenance-free hollow shaft gear box
• Tool-free changeover for different bag sizes
• Stand-alone heat sealer
• Compatibility with all Newtec weighers

The company built the machine to answer a need for a more simplified and streamlined pouch bagging process, that has previously been largely manual in practice, or been done using machines retrofitted for fresh produce. Fox Solutions worked with its customers to identify these areas for increased efficiencies.
