GREENSBORO, NC - Adrian Bartella is bringing his executive expertise to the grocery industry as he joins The Fresh Market’s C-suite. Effective January 17, 2022, Bartella will be taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer.

With over 15 years of experience leading finance and accounting teams, Bartella brings a wealth of knowledge as he recently held the CFO position for the last nine years at Hudson Group, one of the largest travel retailers in North America.

During his time there, Hudson Group executed its approximate $750 million IPO in February 2018. Bartella led the SEC registration process as well as the roadshow marketing process with institutional investors, subsequently working with equity research analysts in addition to presenting on quarterly earnings calls.

According to the release, Barella earned his education degrees in Corporate Finance from Europe University Viadrina in Frankfurt, Germany, and his Graduate Degree in Commerce from Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand.
