SAN FRANCISCO, CA - GrubMarket has officially completed its acquisition of VIP Wholesale, a San Diego-based supplier of quality produce and specialty foods. This marks GrubMarket’s second Southern California acquisition in 2019 and furthers its presence on the West Coast by building out its portfolio of wholesale companies.

VIP Wholesale services single-unit restaurants, chain restaurants, traditional markets, grocery stores, schools, and large institutional accounts across the San Diego region. Now that it is under the GrubMarket umbrella, VIP Wholesale will be able to leverage the company's robust produce supply chain network, geographical presence, and innovative technologies to further its own growth.
