VIETNAM - Have you ever taken a bite out of your burger and thought “This would be a whole lot better with some tropical fruit?” If the answer is yes, then you’re in luck! We at ANUK were overjoyed to see that one specialty fruit variety has worked its way into fast food as KFC recently debuted a pink burger bun made with...wait for it...Dragon Fruit!

So all you produce lovers, the time is now to hit the fast food space and get yourself a burger! According to Business Insider, these beautiful baked goods are premiering in Vietnam, but I’ve got my fingers crossed that this trend will jump Stateside.

It started when ABC Bakery invented its own recipe that replaces the water in its baguettes with dragon fruit to balance a surplus in the category. Talk about innovation!
