RIO RICO, AZ - The SunFed® team has grown in both members and expertise with its latest addition. Allie Coombs has taken up her post with the Colorado supplier, and she will be settling into her new role as a Sales Account Representative.

“I’m excited to join SunFed’s sales team and work with some of the best—many of whom I’ve known for years—and be part of an energetic and dedicated group,” Coombs told ANUK exclusively. “SunFed’s commitment to innovation, quality, and freshness; grower partnerships; and their customers and consumers is inspiring and adaptable to the ever-evolving supply chain.”

Coombs joined SunFed’s Sales team on September 1. She got her start in produce at Eurofresh Farms on the Costco/Walmart/Safeway team and in a short time gained expertise in program and market sales of greenhouse-grown tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers.

As the company noted, she also had quite a knack for marketing and, shortly after NatureSweet’s purchase of Eurofresh, she chose to explore that end of our industry working for Moxxy Marketing.

She will work from the Pacific Northwest, servicing primarily West Coast accounts.
