Formed in 2007 as a not-for-profit service for farmers and their workers, CITA is a very focused operation that serves the agricultural industry. We are experts in our effort to help stabilize the nation’s agricultural workforce, one farmer and one worker at a time.
We are descendants of farmers and have managed government and other programs dedicated solely to farmers and their employees. Our mission is to help rural farm working families and their employees prosper as they feed our nation and the world.
