BRONX, NY - With the final pages of 2023 now closed, we can appreciate all we accomplished last year. D’Arrigo New York is taking a look back at what was its 75^th anniversary year, recounting the accomplishments that positioned the company for continued success.

“Seventy-five years is extremely humbling,” Dillon D’Arrigo, Director of Fruits Sales and Procurement, shared. “It represents a culture of hard work, respect, and honesty that was cultivated by my father and two uncles. Seventy-five years wouldn’t have been attainable without the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our employees.”

While D’Arrigo New York rang in its 75^th year, its parent company—D’Arrigo Companies, made up of D’Arrigo New York, D’Arrigo California, and D’Arrigo Massachusetts—celebrated its 100^th anniversary. On August 25, 2023, the three divisions came together to celebrate the milestone in the founding city of Boston, Massachusetts.

A release from D’Arrigo New York went on to note that 2023 also marked the launch of the company’s online ordering platform. The program, whose development was led by Kevin D’Arrigo, Vice President of Operations, allows customers to place an order directly on the Produce Pro system via web or mobile.

As many of you probably know already, D’Arrigo New York also received a Besties Award from AndNowUKnow last year, recognized for the Best Social Media Campaign. Additionally, Matthew D’Arrigo, Owner of D’Arrigo New York, led the expansion of the Produce Distributors Association as Board Chair.

And these are just a few of the accomplishments made in 2023! We look forward to seeing what the company has in store for 2024.
