Applewood Fresh® and The Produce Moms® Co-Branded Apple Bags Win GDUSA American Graphic Design Award
SPARTA, MI - Congratulations are in order for the teams of Applewood Fresh® teams and The Produce Moms®. Recently, Graphic Design USA’s (GDUSA) 57th American Graphic Design Awards® announced its 2020 award recipients, and The Produce Moms and Applewood Fresh won in the category of packaging graphic design for their co-branded apple bags featuring eye-catching artwork—and offering consumers a virtual field trip to a Michigan apple orchard.
“When Applewood Fresh joined forces with The Produce Moms to develop a package for our special Michigan apples, we did it to provide added value to our retail customers. Winning this award and being recognized with companies that have a huge footprint with the consumer such as Colgate-Palmolive and PepsiCo is fantastic,” said Antonia Mascari, Vice President of Marketing for Applewood Fresh.

Over 10,000+ companies entered this year’s GDUSA awards submissions. According to the press release, GDUSA has been a business-to-business information source for graphic design professionals since 1963.
The Produce Moms and Applewood Fresh join a prestigious list of winners of GDUSA’s 2020 Awards including Amazon, Bumble Bee Foods, and many more. ShopRite and Wakefern are also winners of the 57th American Graphic Design Awards.
