WATSONVILLE, CA - It seems our friend Jeff Oberman has landed a key role, taking over a newly created leadership position under the roof of Dobler & Sons. As the company’s new Chief Operating Officer, Oberman will drive strategic initiatives while offering support to Dobler & Sons' core farming operations and affiliated companies.

"I'm excited to contribute to Dobler & Sons’ continued success of quality produce and maintain their well-deserved reputation for excellence and forward-thinking innovation," said Oberman.

Oberman wields a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked in various executive roles at the United Fresh Produce Association, PRO*ACT, and, most recently, the California Avocado Commission.

"We have had the pleasure of knowing Jeff throughout his agriculture career and look forward to collaborating with him as a valued member of our team,” expressed Craig Dobler, partner of Dobler & Sons.

Michael Dobler, partner of Dobler & Sons, also commented on the executive appointment.
