Fareway Finalizes Plans for New Store in Eldora, Iowa; Reynolds W. Cramer Comments
ELDORA, IA - Fareway Stores is already planning for 2024, and on the retailer’s list is a newly relocated store in Eldora, Iowa. The grocer announced that the new location will sit across the street from its current store in the area, with demolition and construction set to start in early 2024.
“Fareway has served Eldora and neighboring communities since 1982, and we are excited to provide a new store to continue to best serve our customers,” said Fareway Chief Executive Officer Reynolds W. Cramer. “We look forward to serving area residents and want to thank city staff and community leaders for helping make this project possible.”
The new store will be approximately 10,600 square feet and is projected to open in 2025, a release stated.
On top of fresh, quality products, including farm-fresh produce, the location will offer FastLanes, a self-service checkout option. It will also have online shopping and curbside pick-up available for consumers.
