SAN FRANCISCO, CA - GrubMarket is back again with another acquisition announcement! The wholesaler revealed the completed acquisition of PA China Farm, a prominent Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based wholesale distribution business.

With a portfolio offering a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, PA is best known for its specialty exotic goods like black cabbage, baby Bok Choy, Napa cabbage, papaya, and durian. Over the past 20 years, the supplier has cultivated longstanding relationships with an array of supermarkets, foodservice businesses, and ethnic retail stores.

According to a press release, PA will now utilize GrubMarket's innovative and proprietary WholesaleWare software suite, the company's software-as-a-service platform.
