Kapi Kapi Growers Hires Wendy O’Brien as Business Development Manager
MIAMI, FL - A new phase of expansion is in the cards for Kapi Kapi Growers, and the company has tapped Wendy O’Brien to help guide it as its new Business Development Manager.
“My job is to develop mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships that will sustain business growth at all levels,” said O’Brien. “I look forward to supporting Kapi Kapi in its domestic and North American growth journey and bringing premium bananas and pineapples to our customers!”
Bringing over 20 years of experience in fresh produce sales and marketing to the Kapi Kapi team, O’Brien has a wealth of knowledge that will continue building the company’s national sales, a release explained.
In her new role, O’Brien will not only be garnering business with retail, foodservice, wholesale, and processing contacts, but she will also be working with existing customers to guarantee they receive the highest quality product in a timely fashion.
Kapi Kapi is one of the largest carbon-neutral certified banana growers in Costa Rica and Latin America, working to cultivate a healthier world through growing and delivering delicious and healthy food. The grower also aims to inspire sustainable growth through environmentally friendly practices every step of the way and by building meaningful partnerships for the future.
