Laura Croff Named Chief Human Resources Officer of The Raley’s Companies; Keith Knopf Comments
WEST SACRAMENTO, CA - Just a few months ago, Raley’s announced it had entered a definitive agreement to acquire Bashas’ Family of Stores. As it gears up for the finalization of the acquisition later this month, the retailer has fortified its team, promoting Laura Croff to Chief Human Resources Officer of The Raley’s Companies.
Croff has been with Raley’s for over 20 years, holding various leadership positions. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. As Chief Human Resources Officer of The Raley’s Companies, Croff will man the newly formed enterprise, which oversees the company’s independent operating divisions, according to a press release.
Croff will also oversee all human resources strategy, benefits, labor, compensation, training, and development for both the Raley’s and Bashas’ store network. She holds multiple certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca), and Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), as the press release noted.
In addition, she is also certified to deliver 360-degree feedback through VOICES – Korn Ferry and the Center for Creative Leadership.
