CASTROVILLE, CA - Value-added innovations are taking the spotlight at the International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Global Produce & Floral Show this week. Ocean Mist® Farms will be showing off its prowess in the category, bringing its new Broccoli Slaw and 2 lb Broccoli Florets, Vegetable Medley, and Brussels Sprouts to the show floor.

“We look forward to being at the Global Show this year and to speak to customers in person about our new Broccoli Slaw and 2 lb sizes from our value-added product line for the first time,” said Rick Bravo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Being able to present our products with current and potential customers is of the utmost importance to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make these meaningful connections.”

In addition to these newly launched items, the grower and marketer will also be showcasing its Gold Standard Artichokes during the show. Ocean Mist Farms’ artichokes are grown in regions of Castroville and Coachella, California, resulting in a top-quality artichoke offering that attendees will be able to see for themselves at the supplier’s booth.
