KINGSVILLE, ON - SUNSET® and Celebrity Chef Roger Mooking have teamed up again, and this time the company is pleased to officially announce Roger as Culinary Director for the innovative greenhouse grower.

“When I first met Chef Mooking I was instantly inspired by his creativity in the kitchen,” shared President and CEO Paul Mastronardi. “His dedication to innovation and quality, much like our own, is what truly makes him stand out.”

The company first began its partnership with Mooking, host of popular Cooking Channel show Man Fire Food, in 2015. Since that time, Roger has been an integral part of the team, developing new and innovative recipes and products.

“I’m thrilled to continue this partnership with the SUNSET® team,” shared Chef Mooking. “Over the past two years, I’ve gained a real understanding of the dedication and detail that goes into each and every SUNSET® product and it’s truly inspiring. Currently, Chef Mooking is prominently featured in SUNSET®’s new Chef Inspired line. The innovative line comprises SUNSET®’s most flavorful, premium gourmet produce offerings. Each unique packaging design features Chef Mooking’s recipes on pack to inspire consumers to elevate their meals using fresh and flavorful ingredients.  

The line is also accompanied by an online cooking series, hosted by Roger, where he demonstrates everything from what to do with leftover tomatoes to how to make a decadent dessert for two. The vivacious chef uses a variety of SUNSET® products to create his signature dishes, which range from quick and healthy staples to special occasion indulgences.
