ROSEMONT, IL - US Foods is broadening its geographical footprint to bring restaurant-quality products to foodservice operators and home chefs across the United States. In the latest installment of its expansion strategy, the distributor has revealed plans for a new US Foods CHEF’STORE® in Spartanburg, South Carolina, joining three other existing locations in the state.

“We are excited to join the ‘Hub City,’” said John Mathews, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CHEF’STORE. “Spartanburg is a thriving city with a vibrant restaurant and culinary scene, and we look forward to serving the community with competitively priced, restaurant-quality products.”

The new CHEF’STORE, located at 300 W. Blackstock Rd., is scheduled to open in Fall 2022. The 33,000-square-foot location joins three other store locations in Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Columbia, South Carolina.

CHEF’STORE is a one-stop shop for restaurant operators, food industry professionals, community groups, and at-home chefs to quickly stock up or replenish ingredients and supplies in various sizes and offerings, according to a press release. The new store will offer more than 4,000 restaurant-quality products at competitive prices, including fresh produce, meat, dairy, deli items, and frozen seafood, as well as beverages, catering essentials, janitorial supplies, and other restaurant essentials.

With the addition of this newest location, US Foods brings the CHEF’STORE footprint to 83 locations across the continental United States.
