CORONA, CA - Perla Martin, a member of the produce industry through her work with Advantage Fresh, has passed away. She is survived by her husband Eric Martin and their two young daughters, Madalyn and Erica, in addition to in-laws Brad and Linda Martin of Perimeter Sales & Merchandising.

The FPFC released a statement this morning about the loss of the woman referred to as, “positive and colorful.” According to the statement, Perla passed away on May 22nd as the result of injuries sustained from a car accident she was involved in earlier in the month.

For those who would like to pay their respects and celebrate Perla’s memory, there will be a Celebration of Life service to honor and remember her life on June 8 in Corona, California. Family and friends ask that in the spirit of "celebrating" Perla, mourners not wear the color black.
