SALINAS, CA - Church Brothers Farms is expanding its True Leaf Farms team, hiring Jonathan Harmon to take on the General Manager role and direct the company’s Mexico operations. As General Manager, Harmon will help strengthen and improve Church Brothers Farms growing and packing processes.

Before joining Church Brothers Farms, Harmon worked with Pricewaterhouse Cooper in the supply chain consultant group and as Director of Operations for Mission Produce, where he was involved in supply chain operations in California and Latin America.

Harmon holds a Bachelor’s of Science in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, according to a press release.

“We are expanding and improving our Mexican operations to better serve our customers. Jonathan’s leadership will help us attain our short- and long-term growth plans,” said company CEO Brian Church. “Jonathan is unique in that he is a certified supply chain professional with more than 10 years of work in Mexico. That expertise is a great addition to our management team and our future growth plans.”

Harmon’s mother’s family has been involved in the Imperial Valley, California, farming scene since 1908.
