West Pak Avocado Welcomes Joe Nava as Vice President of Sales and Business Development
MURRIETA, CA - West Pak Avocado has announced the new hire of Joe Nava as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Nava will report to the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and work closely with his team to facilitate new customer development and customer growth.

According to the company’s press release, a graduate of California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Nava holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and Management. Previously, Nava worked at Calavo Growers, where he served as Senior Account Manager for six years, and Mission Produce, where he acted as Account Manager for four years. In addition to sales and sales management, his expertise includes forecasting, account management, product development, supply chain, and inventory management.

Nava will be heavily involved with the leadership in his new role with the global avocado distributor, development of West Pak’s sales team, and instrumental with new talent acquisitions as the company continues to grow.

As a member of West Pak’s executive management team, Nava’s involvement will include a wide array of initiatives and decision making across many areas of the company. He will also become a key contributor to the company’s development campaigns, marketing, and research.
