Gold Coast Packing's Crystal Chavez Details New Products
SANTA MARIA, CA - New options at retail is a recipe for buy and supply harmony. Chatting with Gold Coast Packing’s Crystal Chavez, I got the inside scoop on items retailers are going to want ASAP.
“These new items add to our lineup, giving our retail and club store partners more options when loading in Santa Maria, California,” the company’s Marketing Coordinator began. “It also gives our partners a larger selection of items to offer their customers. Our Garden Blend is a mix of two of our core items, Broccoli and Cauliflower florets, plus baby carrots. Our Broccoli Slaw is a cruciferous twist on the classic slaw featuring shredded broccoli stalk, carrots, and shredded red cabbage.”
These products also offer consumers the perfect blend of convenience and experimentation, as most are looking for new ways to jazz up their at-home cooking.
“They are a larger pack size than seen in most retail stores” Crystal continued. “We feel that this is the perfect 2 lb size, especially during these times as more people are cooking at home and trying new recipes. Our larger family-size style pack allows for healthy cooking options at home. Many Americans are also limiting their trips to the grocery store so the larger pack size gives consumers an option to stock up on healthy options that will last until their next shopping trip.”
I know that my own shopping habits have changed drastically, meaning that anything promising ease in these stressful times will have my dollar!
“The products are part of a lineup requested by our customers, and we are already working on adding more items,” Crystal remarked. “The packaging of our new items complements our current retail lineup. It is the same format with our sea-wave design, featuring a brighter ocean-blue coloring.”
With more items to come and these already rocking shoppers’ socks off, Gold Coast Packing has once again proven itself a valuable buy-side partner. Stick around with us here at AndNowUKnow for the latest in all things produce.
