Fusion Founder and President Steven Muro Hosts Hass Avocado Board Webinar
LOS ANGELES, CA - It is said time and time again, but knowledge is truly one of the most valuable things we can attain in this life. Bringing extensive expertise on Hass avocados, Fusion Founder and President Steven Muro recently spoke during a live webinar from the Hass Avocado Board (HAB) to offer insight on bagged and bulk avocado purchases and why households who purchase both create a unique opportunity for the industry.
“From this webinar, retailers and marketers can learn which household segments are essential to the long-term growth of the category and which product offerings attract super avocado-purchasing households,” Muro explained. “This study, and other HAB shopper studies, provide quality insights the industry can implement to grow sales and drive category growth.”
According to a press release, Fusion provided HAB with an in-depth study, which provided key points for the webinar. The study identified growth opportunities for the avocado category based on the shopper purchase trends for bagged and bulk avocados and also measured the impact of avocado-purchasing households that purchase exclusively bagged avocados, exclusively bulk avocados, or a combination of both. In addition, the study addressed the purchase trends for bagged and bulk avocados in both Hispanic and non-Hispanic households.
The webinar was created in partnership with the HAB as part of its webinar series, which shares timely information about relevant topics to the Hass avocado industry and works toward collective industry growth.
