Tive Partners With Hwy Haul to Help Shippers Prevent Delays; Krenar Komoni and Syed Aman Discuss
BOSTON & SANTA CLARA, CA - Forming a powerful new partnership to achieve critical supply-side advancements, industry ally Tive recently teamed up with digital freight platform Hwy Haul. The innovative new alliance is set to optimize both companies’ cutting-edge solutions to eliminate shipping delays and damage within the fresh produce supply chain.
"The next generation of in-transit visibility is adding more ways to deliver meaningful data in real-time, so logistics professionals can actively manage shipments and prevent damage and prevent their loads from being rejected,” said Krenar Komoni, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tive. "Hyper-accurate location and condition is a cornerstone—and together with Hwy Haul’s digital freight platform—we are creating a new industry standard in saving perishables loads.”
Tive offers real-time visibility solutions to provide shippers, 3PLs, 4PLs, and logistics services providers with hyper-accurate data on the location and condition of their shipments, a press release explained. Data from the company’s multi-sensor 5G Solo trackers can be streamed to Tive’s platform or integrated into a host of other visibility platforms.
Hwy Haul’s digital freight platform connects shippers directly with truckers by eliminating intermediary friction, the release explained, introducing end-to-end digital applications and building advanced compliance along the cold chain. This ultimately reduces waste during transportation while creating a future for sustainable growth for all stakeholders.
"At Hwy Haul, we are reimagining the future supply chain of fresh produce. Our partnership with Tive gets us closer to our mission of eliminating food wastage during transportation. We are excited and looking forward to moving the needle north on our OTIF—on time and in full metric," said Syed Aman, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hwy Haul.
Through this partnership, the companies will work to provide robust in-transit visibility solutions to capture data and trigger alerts in real-time to optimize the supply chain, as the lack of timely data largely contributes to the amount of food that is spoiled and wasted within the fresh produce supply chain.
