4Earth Farms is backing retail displays with its strong portfolio of organic and conventional Brussels sprouts products. Currently, the supplier has organic Brussels sprouts being harvested out of Central Mexico, with conventional Brussels coming in from Northern California.

“We are seeing great quality and, even with the rainstorms, our volumes have been steady,” adds Dave. “There have been some market cost increases as the volume demands for the holidays, but nothing out of the ordinary for this time period.”
