Whole Foods Market Chief Executive Officer Jason Buechel has granted us a look into the future in a recent release, sharing Whole Foods Market’s 10-year vision for growth as it continues to elevate its 534-store footprint.

The Growing with Purpose strategy aims to further fulfill the company’s Purpose to Nourish People and the Planet, the release stated. In the next 10 years, Whole Foods expects to grow by increasing and investing profits strategically while bolstering the customer experience, investing in team member growth and happiness, and expanding its reach to serve shoppers in new ways.
