SALINAS, CA - A record-breaking raspberry crop is coming to retail shelves thanks to Naturipe Farms. The berry producer has entered its peak harvest season in both Baja and Central Mexico, with proprietary conventional and organic varieties available in high quantities.

According to a press release, Naturipe Farms has seen customer demand for raspberries rising, and as a response, has expanded its acreage in all growing areas. Naturipe’s proprietary raspberry varieties are also performing exceptionally well this season thanks to a variety of environmental and growing factors.

Naturipe anticipates strong volumes of both conventional and organic raspberries through the end of the year. The improvements in acreage and crop quality position Naturipe well to continue this increased growth in the future.

Naturipe will continue to meet the increased demand for raspberries with a full range of packaging options and promotional support for customers. Retailers are encouraged to promote raspberries throughout the fall with in-store advertisements and signage. Naturipe also recommends promoting recipes, such as oatmeal raspberry cookies, berry citrus scones, or mixed berry baked French toast.
