ORLANDO, FL - What is your vision for the future? If you are in a leadership position, what are your objectives for moving forward in a productive way? These are the questions Wendy McManus is asking industry members as they embark on her latest Masterclasses. The Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Connect 2 Potential announced a series of three Leadership Vision sessions that will help leaders at all levels to harness the power of intention and move toward their best leadership outcomes.

“Most of us have witnessed great leadership and not-so-great leadership in our careers,” McManus stated in a recent press release. “By reflecting on those experiences and harvesting the lessons, we can craft your own vision for leadership.”

The release went on to note that McManus suggests having a leadership vision is like having a North Star that pulls one forward to become the best leader they can be.

“We won’t stop at insight and intention,” continued McManus. “The Leadership Vision Masterclass includes a proven process for drafting an action plan and making commitments to ensure the vision becomes reality. And we're going to do it all in under an hour!”

Participants can choose from one of three dates for the Leadership Vision Masterclass:

• Thursday, January 12 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST
• Friday, January 13 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST
• Wednesday, January 18 at 2 p.m. EST/11 a.m. PST
