Globally Local Announces Distribution Agreement with Sysco
ONTARIO, CANADA - As a prominent player in the foodservice distribution space, Sysco is one partner worth seeking out. Globally Local Technologies, the parent company of vegan fast food chain Globally Local, did just this, recently entering into an agreement with Sysco to distribute the restaurateur’s proprietary manufactured products throughout North America.
According to a press release, the agreement specifically enables Globally Local to efficiently supply its products to its current and future restaurants throughout Canada and the U.S.
Globally Local creates, manufactures, and distributes its own plant-based proteins and dairy alternatives such as burgers, “ChickUn,” sausage, and mac and cheese to make plant-based eating affordable, mainstream, healthy, and satisfying.
The vegan fast food concept pioneer opened its first location in London, Ontario, in 2016, and currently has two locations plus seven more corporate locations in development in Ontario. The company plans to open at least 20 locations across North America in the next twelve months.
With a partner like Sysco on its team, I have a feeling that this is only the beginning of Globally Local’s success.
