Lori Taylor Highlights The Produce Moms® Podcast Growth for International Podcast Day

INDIANAPOLIS, IN - All the way back in 2018, The Produce Moms® officially launched its industry-facing podcast: The Produce Moms Podcast. In an ANUK interview with Founder and Chief Executive Officer Lori Taylor last year, she divulged that the podcast serves as “an educational tool for consumers and a springboard for the industry," and according to her most recent announcement, that is very much still the case.

Lori Taylor, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The Produce Moms®“We have continued with weekly episodes since the day we launched and will soon publish Episode 200,” she said in a recent release. “The journey has enriched me, my team, and our community with so much knowledge and insight. I do believe the stories and passions from our guests have made the world a better place; our podcast is a catalyst to connect YOU, our community, to the fruit and vegetable supply chain. The Produce Moms Podcast has built trust, shared insights, encouraged consumption, and fostered transparency from seed to smile.”

In the release, Taylor outlined the incredible growth the podcast has seen, moving from less than 200 downloads on its first five episodes to nearly 40,000 downloads and listeners in 85 countries today. She gave special thanks to The Produce Moms Podcast team for helping to achieve this impressive growth in such a short period of time. And, in celebration of International Podcast Day (September 30), she took a moment to breathe in the fresh air of this growth.

“The Produce Moms is proud to have the largest podcast library in the world that is fully focused on fruits and vegetables. I think we’re the best show out there. I’m thankful for our guests, and I know I say it often: but it’s only possible because of your support and engagement,” she said. “Thank you for being part of this great movement. Together we are getting more fruits and vegetables on every table!”
