GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Offering a firsthand look at the latest advancement in its supply chain and merchandising transformations, SpartanNash will host its Food Solutions Expo this month in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The two-day event will be the largest in the retailer's history, bringing out more than 2,000 independent grocers, vendors, and SpartanNash associates.

Some of the developments that attendees will get insights on include SpartanNash's acquisition of Great Lake Foods, which showcased its ongoing commitment to optimizing its supply chain operations. According to a release, the retailer added many independent retail customers to its roster and a 300,00-square-foot distribution center in Menominee, Michigan, to serve its customers across the Midwest and the state's Upper Peninsula.
