Walmart Adds Another $390 Million to Cash Bonuses for Associates

BENTONVILLE, AR - After already pledging nearly $550 million in bonuses for its hourly associates, Walmart is investing another $390 million. The bonuses will amount to $300 for full-time hourly associates and $150 for part-time hourly and temporary associates.

Walmart joins many grocery retailers in the effort to continue supporting employees throughout this pandemic. The additional funds provided from this round of bonuses will aid the company's employees in navigating such an unprecedented time.

With the most recent bonus announcement of $390 million, Walmart has committed more than $935 million in bonuses for associates so far this year, a press release noted.
