“At our core, we're a logistics company, which means we really help people,” explained Bob Rose, ALC’s Vice President of National Accounts, in an exclusive video with ANUK. “The focus for us is just to listen to our customers’ needs and deliver on that promise.”
As Bob goes on to note, one of Allen Lund Company’s key focuses is maintaining strong relationships with its customers.
“Naturally, we want to grow and add new customers, and we've been very fortunate over the last few years; when other people aren't growing, Allen Lund continues to grow and prosper,” Bob states. “That's because we spend a lot of time working with our clients and making sure that we pick up loads on time. We track them in transit, and we deliver them. That's just one phase of it—the other phase is that we tie all that data together and we make sure we give a comprehensive package to the customers.”
