Braga Fresh Celebrates National Salad Month With Four Organic Releases
SOLEDAD, CA - If you didn’t already know that May is National Salad Month, you do now! In celebration of this health-forward holiday, Braga Fresh recently released four new variations of Josie’s Organics value-added salads: Tropical Crunch Premium Salad Kit, Caesar Salad Kit, Classic Cole Slaw Kit, and Traditional Garden Salad Blend.
“Just in time for summer season, three of these salads are favorite flavors for organic shoppers while the Tropical Crunch Kit is a fresh take on a more gourmet, summer offering,” said Nicholas DaCosta, President. “By using the best ingredients with the most flavor, we elevate everyday salads into a satisfying meal option.”
According to a press release, the organic Tropical Crunch Premium Salad Kit comes in a 6.25 oz package and features baby spinach, pumpkin seeds, chopped dates, dried mango, sliced almonds, and an avocado lime dressing. The organic Caesar salad comes in a 9 oz bag with crisp hearts of Romaine, butter croutons, Parmesan cheese, Romano Caesar dressing, and herb seasoning.
The organic Classic Cole Slaw is a 9 oz blend of red and green cabbage and carrots with a creamy dressing; while the organic Garden salad consists of a blend of organic iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, and red cabbage in a 10 oz package.
