DiMare Fresh's Jeff Busch Details Company Differentiation in Lead-Up to IFPA's Foodservice Conference
SACRAMENTO, CA - International Fresh Produce Association’s (IFPA) Foodservice Conference will be here before we know it. A premier show for foodservice operators looking to connect with suppliers, companies from all over will be convening in Monterey, California, later this month.
Although not exhibiting, DiMare Fresh has a strategy for the show, nonetheless.
“We are unique in that we are a major grower, shipper, re-packer, and distributor of tomatoes while also being a foodservice distributor in Texas,” commented Jeff Busch, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DiMare Fresh. “While we don’t exhibit, Foodservice is a great show for us to understand the trends affecting this sector of the industry and for us to see buyers and growers that we work with face to face.”
Busch went on to note that the education, networking, and relevance truly make the Foodservice Conference a standout show.
“Most people know that for 96 years, the DiMare family has been farming tomatoes. Some may not know that for over 40 years DiMare Fresh has been the largest independent foodservice distributor in Texas,” Busch added. “From our Dallas and Houston locations, we can supply all your foodservice needs in the Lone Star State.”
Indeed, the company delivers fruits, vegetables, dairy, seafood, proteins, and dry goods, and is proud to service customers across multiple foodservice channels.
“DiMare Fresh is a key player in fresh food distribution in the United States and more specifically, we cater to foodservice establishments in Texas,” Busch concluded.
