Bryan Shelton, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, recently took us behind the scenes.

Giorgio Fresh’s robust portfolio continues to grow at the hands of the company’s innovation team, which harnesses its expertise to spark advancement for the mushroom category.

“We took a little bit more of a leap of faith, and we're coming out with a whole new product called our Savory Sauteed line,” Bryan continues, “which is all about simplifying the cooking experience, and giving some inspiration in the kitchen.”

This creative innovation features Giorgio’s steak-cut mushrooms with a flavored butter cup. Both of these items are set to launch in January 2024, bringing increased opportunities to retailers.
