H-E-B Reveals Plans for New Stores Throughout Texas
SAN ANTONIO, TX - Good things come in threes—as evidenced by H-E-B’s upcoming expansions in Texas. Recent reporting revealed that the retailer will be opening up three new stores in Melissa, Prosper, and Rockwall following the opening of its previously announced Allen store on October 4.
According to The Dallas Morning News, all of the newly announced stores will be opening sometime in 2025, with construction starting as soon as next year. With a growing portfolio of Texas real estate for the past 20 years, H-E-B’s Melissa, Prosper, and Rockwall stores will be built on land purchased more recently.
The Melissa store is being welcomed with open arms by a community dedicated to supporting local Texas businesses, the news source stated. In Rockwall, a smaller town in Texas, the H-E-B store will bring new jobs to many folks who previously had to travel out of town for work. The Prosper store joins a lively and growing community in the new Gates of Prosper retail development.
