YUMA, AZ - Three dedicated team members are taking on central new roles as they continue to contribute to the impressive year-over-year growth of the beloved Bard Valley Natural Delights® brand.

Bridgette Weber has been elevated to the title of Sales and Marketing Manager. As a press release noted, Weber’s leadership in the company's data program has positioned her perfectly to manage key customer relationships directly within the Southeast region, where she resides. She is also an ongoing participant in the SEPC Next Generation Leadership Academy, underscoring her dedication to both personal and professional development within the industry.

Also taking on a new role is Liam Slavin. As Senior Business Development Manager, Slavin will continue spearheading special projects for the company’s sales team, in addition to training new team members. Demonstrated by his involvement in this year’s International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA) Leadership Class, Slavin upholds a strong commitment to leadership.

Rounding out the list of promotions is Carrie Davis, who has expanded her role to support broader finance functions within the company as Assistant Controller. Davis’ new responsibilities will allow her to contribute to the financial health and growth of Natural Delights in more impactful ways.

As the release shared, these internal advancements reflect the brand's commitment to developing its talent in tandem with expanding its reach and impact in the date market.
