Fareway Holds Ribbon Cutting for Relocated Norwalk Store; Reynolds W. Cramer Comments
NORWALK, IA - Fareway Stores recently pulled out the giant scissors as it hosted a ribbon cutting and grand opening ceremony for its newly relocated store in Norwalk, Iowa.
“We are excited to further serve the thriving community of Norwalk with a new larger and updated store,” said Fareway Chief Executive Officer Reynolds W. Cramer. “We want to thank the community and local officials for their support in continuing to support of Fareway.”
The 24,000-square-foot location replaced the original store in the area, a release explained. It will continue to provide consumers in the area with fresh, high-quality products, including farm-fresh produce. Fareway also prides itself on the highest level of customer service, which includes to-your-car carryout.
This new location boasts a fresh look and feel, with more natural lighting and an updated interior, as well as better vehicle accessibility and flow. In addition, the new store model includes the use of solar panels, standby power generation, and soon-to-come upgraded EV car charging stations. The store will continue to offer FastLanes and online ordering with convenient curbside pickup.
Where will Fareway lay groundwork next? Time and ANUK will tell, so stay tuned.
