Red Sun Farms Marks a Milestone with New Greenhouse Facility
DUBLIN, VA - Welcome to Behind the Greens. Red Sun Farms is expanding again and continuing its commitment providing consumers fresh and flavorful greenhouse-grown vegetables in addition to their new organic line of produce. The company has opened a new greenhouse facility in Dublin, Virginia that covers 18 acres and has plans to add 30 more acres in two additional phases.
This new U.S. Facility marks a milestone for the Red Sun Farms, making it the only company in the industry with food supply integration spanning all three NAFTA countries.
A third of the Virginia facility is currently dedicated to organic tomatoes to complement their Mexican organically-grown produce.
With an eye on the future, Red Sun Farms is working hard to offer organic options for its entire product line including bell peppers, mini cucumbers, cucumbers and other specialty tomatoes. Thank you for watching Behind the Greens.
