Reggie Griffin, Rich Dachman, and Oleen Smethurst Headline CPMA 2015's Luncheon Panel Discussion
OTTAWA, CANADA - Having success in growing a market takes more than a buyer, distributor, merchandiser, chef, and consumer.
On Thursday, April 16th, the CPMA will gather leaders from North American foodservice and retail for a talk show style panel to discuss how supply chain collaboration is key to growing the market.
Join CPMA and moderator Reggie Griffin, Former Sr. VP at Kroger, for this panel discussion focusing on how the entire supply chain both in Canada and the U.S must work together to grow the market.
“These panels are excellent for pinpointing key issues that affect the industry and discussing potential solutions from various perspectives. We are pleased to have leaders from both the retail and foodservice industries debate and discuss how we can continue to collaborate to grow the market. Without collaboration through the entire supply chain we only limit ourselves and hinder our ability to increase both sales and consumption,” said Ron Lemaire, President, CPMA.
Our 2015 panelists are:
- Teri Miller, Category Manager of Produce, Food Lion
- Pierre Dandoy, VP Operations, QC Market, Loblaw
- Pat Pessotto, VP Merchandising, Longo’s
- Oleen Smethurst, AGMM Produce, Costco Wholesale Canada
- Rich Dachman, VP Produce, Sysco
- André Gagné, Metro Ontario Inc.
This session will provide relevant information to all delegates, including a group of Montreal area retail produce managers who will be joining CPMA for lunch. Also, don’t miss the exciting details from CPMA as we welcome our new Half Your Plate ambassador, Chef Michael Smith.
